Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

My appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. I will be asking for a credit card to have on file. (online booking)

1. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.


2. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.


At The Lioness Lab, it is my goal to make sure we maintain healthy lashes + brows.

You also should be conditioning your lashes + brows after chemical services. Use Elleeplex to maintain soft, hydrated lashes + brows.

Brow Lamination Pre Instructions:

Avoid using exfoliants, retinoids, or AHAs on your face for one to two weeks before your brow lamination.

Avoid tweezing at least one week prior to your appointment.

Brow Lamination Aftercare Instructions:

Do not get your eyebrows wet for 24 hours (avoid the shower & bath).

Do not go into a sauna.

Do not use oil based products (I have oil free makeup removers available for purchase).

Do not apply heavy creams, makeup, or makeup remover to your brows.

Do not sleep directly on your brows (we know, easier said than done for our stomach sleepers).

For best results, keep your brows hydrated with Elleeplex Clear Mascara/Conditioner. Use morning and night.

Lash Lift Aftercare Instructions:

Do not get your lashes wet for 4 hours.

Do not rub or pull on your lashes.

Avoid using waterproof mascara.
